Welcome to Self Accounting (the "App", "Service", or "We/Us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Self Accounting, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Description of Service

Self Accounting provides personal financial management tools including:

• Tracking income and expense transactions
• Managing categories and parties/payees
• Generating financial reports and summaries
• Exporting transaction data to PDF and CSV formats
• Creating and managing notes
• Calculation tools (area, volume, wood measurement)

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use the App, you must create an account with:

• A valid @gmail.com email address
• Your full name
• A strong password (minimum 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and numbers)

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 One Account Per User

Each user may create only one account. Multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Create multiple accounts or use automated systems to access the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

5.1 Your Data

You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into the App. We do not claim any ownership over your transaction data.

5.2 Local Storage

Your financial data is stored locally on your device. You have complete control to export, delete, or modify your data at any time.

5.3 Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The App, including its code, design, layout, graphics, logos, and features, is owned by Amptsecurity.system and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the App or its content without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any financial calculations or reports generated by the App are accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
• Financial losses resulting from using the App
• Errors or inaccuracies in transaction records
• Unauthorized access to your account (unless caused by our gross negligence)
• Device damage or data loss from using the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is currently $0 as the App is free).

9. Reward Points & 80% Discount Offer

Self Accounting offers a referral program that rewards users with in-app loyalty points. By participating, you agree to the following:

• Referral Benefits: You earn reward points when users join using your referral code and stay active.
• 80% Savings: Points can be redeemed to unlock an 80% discount on any Premium plan. This discount is applied during the Google Play checkout process.
• Non-Monetary: Reward points are strictly in-app promotional incentives. They have no cash value, are not wages, and cannot be withdrawn or converted into money.
• Fair Use: Any attempt to abuse the system (e.g., fake referrals, automated accounts) will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all points.

💳 10. Billing & Subscriptions

• Premium plans are processed securely through Google Play Billing.
• Subscription prices, durations, and benefits are clearly displayed before purchase.
• Premium subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the selected plan duration unless renewed.
• Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play's payment and refund policies.
• Reward points used for premium redemption are non-refundable.
• Promotional rewards and referral points are separate from Google Play purchases and have no direct cash value.
• We reserve the right to suspend rewards or premium benefits in cases of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or policy violations.

11. Refund Policy

• Premium purchases and redeemed reward points are generally non-refundable once processed.
• Refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.
• Redeemed promotional rewards cannot be reversed once approved or delivered.

12. Advertisements

The App displays third-party advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of these ads or the third-party websites they link to. Your interaction with any advertiser is solely between you and the advertiser.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amptsecurity.system, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time. You can delete your account by contacting us at support@amptsecurity.co.in.

14.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
• We are required to do so by law

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Your locally stored data will remain on your device unless you delete it manually.

15. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication (Google) - For account login
• Firebase Crashlytics - For crash reporting
• Google AdMob - For displaying advertisements

These services have their own terms and policies. By using our App, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service.

16. Updates to the App and Terms

16.1 App Updates

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve security. You may need to update the App to continue using it.

16.2 Terms Updates

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Notifying you within the App (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

18. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them without restriction.
